QVA149 versus glycopyrronium and tiotropium for prevention of COPD exacerbations

Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) comparing QVA149 once daily, glycopyrronium bromide once daily and open-label Spiriva once daily (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Rate of moderate to severe COPD exacerbations during the treatment period and Rate of moderate to severe COPD exacerbations during the treatment period versus tiotropium.
