Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in vestibular neuritis, Acute unilateral vestibular failure (AUVF) and vestibulopathy comparing Betahistine with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Total sway path and Peak slow phase velocity of spontaneous nystagmus. Started May 2010; status: completed.
