Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial in multiple myeloma (MM) comparing RAD induction (lenalidomide + doxorubicin + dexamethasone) with VRD induction (bortezomib + lenalidomide + dexamethasone) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Complete response rate at first restaging after induction and Progression-free survival after consolidation. Started Jul 2011; status: completed.
