Phase 3 open-label study of Prevenar 13 in healthy children and adolescents aged 15 months to 17 years

Phase 3, open-label, single-arm trial of pneumococcal 13-valent conjugate vaccine in pneumococcal disease, sponsored by Wyeth. Primary endpoints: Percentage of participants achieving predefined serotype-specific IgG antibody concentration greater than or equal to 0.35 mcg/mL measured 1 month after vaccination in Group 1 and 2 and Pneumococcal immune responses induced by 13vPnC measured 1 month after the last scheduled dose in each of 4 age groups.
