Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in myelofibrosis (MF), post-essential thrombocythemia myelofibrosis (PET-MF) and post-polycythemia vera myelofibrosis (PPV-MF) comparing Busulfan + fludarabine RIC with Thiotepa + fludarabine RIC (2 arms).
