Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of fluticasone propionate in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) and nasal polyp (4 arms), sponsored by OptiNose. Primary endpoints: Change in average instantaneous AM nasal congestion/obstruction score at Week 4 and Change in total polyp grade over 16 weeks. Started Aug 2014; status: completed.
