Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), Oral Mucosal Carcinoma, laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and 2 more comparing Induction docetaxel + cisplatin + cetuximab with Induction docetaxel + cisplatin + 5-fluorouracil (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Response Rate (CR, PR) 3 months after end of therapy (RECIST). Started Jan 2013; status: completed.
