Ease-of-use crossover study of TOBI Podhaler versus nebulized tobramycin solution or colistimethate in cystic fibrosis

Phase 4, open-label trial of tobramycin and colistimethate sodium in cystic fibrosis (CF) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa pulmonary infection (2 arms), sponsored by Novartis. Primary endpoint: Total time for administration of TIP with the Podhaler compared to the total time for administration of TIS or colistimethate with nebulisers. Started Apr 2013; status: completed.
