Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of Fluarix and Fluarix Quadrivalent in influenza (2 arms), sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoints: Humoral immune response in terms of haemagglutinin inhibition antibody geometric mean titres to each strain of FLU D-QIV, Non-inferiority of quadrivalent vaccine versus trivalent vaccine for the three recommended seasonal strains and 1 more.
