Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) comparing AMG 416 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of subjects with greater than 30% reduction from baseline in predialysis intact parathyroid hormone during the efficacy assessment phase.
