Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) comparing AMG 416 arm with Cinacalcet arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Achievement of more than 30% reduction in predialysis serum plasma parathyroid hormone. Started May 2013; status: completed.
