Phase 3 safety and immunogenicity comparison of MenACWY-CRM versus Menomune in healthy children aged 2 to 10 years

Phase 3, randomised, single-blind trial of meningococcal A conjugate vaccine in meningococcal disease (2 arms), sponsored by Novartis. Primary endpoint: Percentage of subjects with hSBA seroresponse against serogroups A, C, W and Y one month after vaccination with MenACWY-CRM or MenACWY-PS.
