Open-label pilot study of adjunctive lacosamide for uncontrolled primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in idiopathic generalized epilepsy

Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of lacosamide in idiopathic epilepsy (IGE) and generalized tonic-clonic seizure (GTCS), sponsored by UCB. Primary endpoint: Change in the number of seizure days with absence seizures from the baseline phase to the maintenance phase.
