Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of mometasone and amoxicillin + clavulanate in Acute bacterial rhinosinusitis (ABRS) (2 arms), sponsored by Merck & Co. Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in AM/PM PRIOR major symptoms score minus sinus headache averaged over Days 1 to 29 and Change in percentage of opacification of one maxillary sinus.
