Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial of pneumococcal 13-valent conjugate vaccine and pneumococcal 7-valent conjugate vaccine in pneumococcal disease (4 arms), sponsored by Pfizer. Primary endpoint: Percentage of subjects achieving serotype-specific pneumococcal IgG antibody level greater than or equal to 0.35 mcg/mL 1 month after the infant series.
