Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in allergic rhinitis (AR) and chronic urticaria (CU) comparing Levocetirizine arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in ventricular rate from baseline to Day 14 or early discontinuation.
