Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of patidegib in basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and Basal cell nevus syndrome (BCNS) (3 arms), sponsored by PellePharm. Primary endpoints: Percent decrease in the sum of the greatest diameter of baseline treatment-targeted surgically eligible basal cell carcinomas and Percent decrease in greatest diameter of baseline treatment-targeted surgically eligible basal cell carcinomas.
