Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Spontaneous Preterm Birth (SPB), Preterm labor (PTL) and preterm birth comparing Vaginal progesterone (Utrogestan) with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Incidence of spontaneous delivery before 34 weeks. Started May 2016; status: completed.
