Lamotrigine monotherapy for newly diagnosed typical absence seizures in children and adolescents

Phase 3, open-label, single-arm trial of lamotrigine in absence seizure and absence epilepsy, sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoint: Proportion of subjects seizure-free confirmed by HV-EEG at the end of the maintenance phase.
