Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) comparing Baricitinib monotherapy, Baricitinib plus methotrexate and Etanercept plus methotrexate (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Decrease in joint inflammation detected by musculoskeletal ultrasound and Non-inferiority of baricitinib-based treatment versus etanercept plus methotrexate.
