Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of beclometasone dipropionate/formoterol fumarate/glycopyrronium and fluticasone propionate + vilanterol in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (2 arms), sponsored by Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A. Primary endpoints: Area under the curve of reactance (AX) 5 to 120 minutes post-dose after 4 weeks of treatment and Small airways restriction and lung stiffness measured 5 to 120 minutes post-dose after 4 weeks of treatment.
