Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of zilucoplan in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (2 arms), sponsored by Ghent University Hospital. Primary endpoints: Change in oxygenation at day 6 and day 15 or discharge and Oxygenation metrics in special handling for ECMO patients. Started May 2020; status: completed.
