Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in endometrial cancer (EC) and endometrial carcinosarcoma comparing Pembrolizumab + adjuvant chemotherapy +/- radiotherapy with Placebo + adjuvant chemotherapy +/- radiotherapy (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Disease-Free Survival (DFS) as assessed radiographically by investigator or by histopathologic confirmation of suspected disease recurrence. Started Oct 2020; status: active.
