Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) comparing Depemokimab + standard of care with Placebo + standard of care (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Efficacy of depemokimab versus placebo at Week 52 and Symptom scores for rhinorrhoea and loss of smell at Week 52. Started Jan 2022; status: completed.
