Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) comparing depemokimab 100 mg SC + standard of care with placebo SC + standard of care (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Co-primary efficacy endpoints at Week 52 and Efficacy in loss of smell symptom score at Week 52. Started Jan 2022; status: completed.
