Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in alcoholic hepatitis (AH), acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) and chronic liver disease (CLD) comparing G-TAK (Resatorvid + Filgrastim), Resatorvid alone and Placebo (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Safety: Treatment-emergent adverse events and Safety: Discontinuation due to adverse events. Planned start Mar 2023; status: withdrawn.
