Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of nivolumab in high-grade B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 and/or BCL6 rearrangements (HGBL-DH/TH) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), sponsored by HOVON. Primary endpoint: 12-month disease-free survival (DFS) in patients in CMR at end of DA-EPOCH-R. Planned start Apr 2023; status: authorised.
