Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of blinatumomab, inotuzumab ozogamicin, imatinib, vincristine, cytarabine and 8 more in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), B lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (B-ALL/LBL) and Precursor T-cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (T-LBL/ALL) (4 arms), sponsored by Karolinska University Hospital.
