Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in dermatomyositis (DM) comparing GLPG3667 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Total improvement score (TIS) per ACR/EULAR criteria at Week 24 and Open-label extension safety: TEAEs, SAEs, and TEAEs leading to discontinuation.
