Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of trametinib, dexamethasone, cyclophosphamide and cytarabine in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and lymphoblastic lymphoma (LL), sponsored by Princess Máxima Center for Pediatric Oncology.
