Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and heart failure with mid-range ejection fraction (HFmrEF) comparing ziltivekimab with placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Time to first occurrence of composite heart failure endpoint and Total number of cardiovascular death and heart failure events. Planned start May 2023; status: authorised.
