Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Friedreich ataxia (FA) comparing Dimethyl fumarate with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: FXN gene expression change from baseline to week 12 and Frataxin protein level change from baseline to week 12. Planned start May 2023; status: authorised.
