Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in coma and disorder of consciousness (DOC) comparing Psilocybin + apomorphine, Psilocybin + placebo and Placebo control (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Improvement in consciousness vs placebo within 3–6 hours after psilocybin ± apomorphine and Improvement in consciousness with apomorphine vs without apomorphine among psilocybin-treated patients. Planned start Nov 2023; status: withdrawn.
