Phase 2, randomised trial in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) comparing Decitabine 10-day with Decitabine 10-day + Midostaurin (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Cumulative CR/CRi rate during 3 cycles. Planned start Dec 2019; status: authorised.
