Phase 3, open-label, single-arm trial of soticlestat in Dravet syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS), sponsored by Takeda. Primary endpoint: Percent change from baseline in convulsive (Dravet syndrome) and MMD (Lennox-Gastaut syndrome) seizure frequency per 28 days during the initial 12 weeks of the maintenance period.
