Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of dapagliflozin and SC0062 in chronic kidney disease (CKD) and diabetes mellitus type 1 (T1D), sponsored by University Medical Center Groningen. Primary endpoint: Change from baseline in urine albumin-creatinine ratio (UACR) with SC0062 alone versus combination of dapagliflozin and SC0062. Planned start Feb 2026; status: withdrawn.
