Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Autoinflammation with infantile enterocolitis (AIFEC), X-linked lymphoproliferative disease type 2 (XLP2) and CDC42-associated autoinflammatory disease comparing MAS825 continuation arm with Placebo withdrawal arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Occurrence of disease flare during randomized-withdrawal (Period 2). Planned start Jun 2024; status: authorised.
