Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in substance use disorder (SUD) comparing Oxytocin (Syntocinon) intranasal spray with Placebo (sodium chloride) intranasal spray (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Cue-incubation of craving - BOLD fMRI activation signal in amygdala, insula, ventral striatum and anterior cingulate cortex. Started Jul 2023; status: terminated.
