Clindamycin/tretinoin gel versus Acnatac versus vehicle in papulopustular acne

Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in acne papulopustulosa and acne vulgaris comparing Test clindamycin/tretinoin gel, Reference Acnatac gel and Vehicle control (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Percent change in inflammatory lesion count from baseline to week 12 and Percent change in total lesion count from baseline to week 12. Planned start May 2024; status: authorised.
