Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of antithymocyte globulin and antithymocyte globulin rabbit in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) (2 arms), sponsored by Assistance publique - Hôpitaux de Paris.
