Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) comparing Spironolactone plus optimized background therapy with Placebo plus optimized background therapy (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Right ventricular deterioration and ventricular arrhythmia at 1 year. Planned start Dec 2024; status: authorised.
