Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of cloxacillin in Staphylococcal bacteremia, sponsored by Region Östergötland. Primary endpoints: Proportion achieving pharmacodynamic target (100% fT>MIC) by renal function and Proportion reaching potentially toxic cloxacillin levels by renal function.
