Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in major depressive disorder (MDD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD) comparing Ketalar (ketamine) arm with Midazolam active placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in MADRS from baseline to within three days after final treatment. Planned start Feb 2024; status: authorised.
