Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) comparing TransCon TLR7/8 Agonist + pembrolizumab neoadjuvant, TransCon TLR7/8 Agonist + TransCon IL-2 β/γ neoadjuvant and Pembrolizumab monotherapy neoadjuvant (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Major pathological response (MPR) by independent pathology review. Started Feb 2024; status: completed.
