Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial of abiraterone, tissue-plasminogen activator, darolutamide, apalutamide, leuprolide and 4 more in prostate cancer (PCa) (2 arms), sponsored by European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer. Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients not restarting hormonal therapy within 1 year of interrupting maximal androgen blockade and Overall survival from randomization. Planned start May 2025; status: authorised.
