Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) comparing Semaglutide (Wegovy) with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Resolution of steatohepatitis and no worsening of liver fibrosis (Part 1), Improvement in liver fibrosis and no worsening of steatohepatitis (Part 1) and 1 more. Planned start May 2024; status: authorised.
