Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Dupuytren's contracture comparing Vibrio alginolyticus collagenase with Matching placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Overall safety profile and maximum tolerated dose and Clinical success at 30 ± 3 days after last injection. Planned start Dec 2024; status: authorised.
