Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of PRGF-Endoret, hypromellose and Hidrathea in dry eye syndrome (DED) (2 arms), sponsored by BTI Biotechnology Institute. Primary endpoints: Change in OSDI questionnaire score at 12 weeks, Change in ocular surface staining at 12 weeks and 3 more. Planned start May 2025; status: authorised.
