Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO) comparing Tenecteplase (Metalyse) with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Functional recovery to BCVA LogMAR ≤ 0.5 in affected eye at 30 ± 5 days (Visit 3), ITT. Started Oct 2023; status: completed.
