Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial in breast cancer comparing Perioperative ketorolac, Perioperative pregabalin and Observation / no ketorolac or pregabalin (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in systemic interleukin-6 with perioperative ketorolac and Change in systemic norepinephrine with perioperative pregabalin. Planned start Jan 2025; status: authorised.
